Who we are…

Is there a place you can go to worship God, grow in your faith, and have fun in the process?  We believe that these three things can happen together.

If your desire is to grow in your faith in Jesus Christ, and have fun doing it, then you want to check out what the Elm Street church has to offer.

Since 1895, Elm Street Church has been reaching out to Elm Street and the Fitchburg community for over 124 years, impacting lives in Jesus's name.

We have many opportunities to come together and worship the living God in a way that supports both traditional and contemporary styles.

Our youth and children’s programs are designed to engage them while they learn important biblical truths in new and fun ways so that they can become all that God has called them to be.

We also reach out to the neighborhood and community, where we desire to earn the opportunity to share the gospel of Jesus Christ with them.

What We Believe

  • We believe the Bible, both Old and New Testaments to be the only inspired and infallible Word of God.

  • We believe that there is only one God eternally existent in 3 persons; Father, Son, and Holy Spirit

  • We believe that Jesus is fully man and fully God, whose sinless life, sacrificial death, and resurrection make eternal life with God a possibility.

  • We believe that we are saved by grace, only through faith in Jesus as our Lord and Savior, and that works are signs of an inward faith.

  • We believe in the resurrection of the saved and lost, those who are saved to eternal life, and those who are lost to eternal torment.   

  • We believe that God loves everyone, regardless of race, sex, age, and social standing.  We are called to reach out and love everyone so that they will know that Jesus loves them.

  • We believe that learning and growing in your relationship with Jesus doesn’t have to be boring, and that we can have fun as we learn and grow in our faith.

  • Creemos que Jesús es completamente hombre y completamente Dios, cuya vida sin pecado, muerte sacrificial y resurrección hacen posible la vida eterna con Dios.

  • Creemos que somos salvos por gracia, sólo por la fe en Jesús como nuestro Señor y Salvador, y que las obras son signos de una fe interior.

  • Creemos en la resurrección de los salvos y perdidos, los que son salvos para la vida eterna, y los que están perdidos para el tormento eterno.

  • Creemos que Dios ama a todos, no importando su raza, sexo, edad o posición social. Estamos llamados a alcanzar y amar a todos para que sepan que Jesús los ama.

  • Creemos que aprender y crecer en su relación con Jesús no tiene que ser aburrido, y que podemos divertirnos a medida que aprendemos y crecemos en nuestra fe.

What you can Expect…

Teaching

Our service is in English, AND now translated into Spanish.  We preach from the Bible, and teach all that is in the scriptures. 

Music

We realize that all generations relate to different music styles. Our service includes both contemporary and traditional styles of music. We are also including music in both English and Spanish. 

Dress

Any form of dress is OK, from business casual and dresses to jeans, shorts, and t-shirts. 

Communion

We welcome all who confess Jesus as their Savior and Lord to join us for Communion the first Sunday of every month.

Accessibility

Our building is handicap accessible. Please use the ramp to the left of the church.

Parking

Parking is available for all diagonally across from the church, with handicapped spaces directly in front of the church.

Nuestro servicio es en inglés, Y ahora traducido al español. Nosotros predicamos de la Biblia, y enseñamos todo lo que está en las Escrituras.

Música

Nos damos cuenta de que todas las generaciones se relacionan con diferentes estilos musicales. Nuestro servicio incluye estilos contemporáneos y estilos tradicionales de música. Tambien estamos incluyendo musica en Ingles y en Espanol. 

Vestimenta

Cualquier forma de vestir es aceptable,  casual, de negocios, con jeans, pantalones cortos y camisetas.

Comunión

Damos la bienvenida a todos los que confiesan a Jesús como su Salvador y Señor a unirse a nosotros para la Comunión el primer domingo de cada mes.

Accesibilidad

Nuestro edificio es accesible para discapacitados. Por favor, use la rampa a la izquierda de la iglesia.

Estacionamiento

Hay estacionamiento disponible para todos al cruzar diagonalmente de la iglesia, con espacios para discapacitados directamente en frente de la iglesia.
